Main Ingredients
1/2 a banana
1/2 cup of muesli or granola
1 cup of almond milk
Topping
Sliced bananas
Chia seeds
Pumpkin seeds
Freeze-dried raspberries (optional)
Place all your main ingredients in your smoothie maker and blend for 30-60 seconds. Add more muesli or banana for a thicker texture.
Pour into a small cereal bowl and top with goodness - more banana, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds hemp hearts, fresh or freeze-dried raspberries.
