Raspberry Hemp Smoothie Bowl

Main Ingredients

Topping

  • Sliced bananas

  • Chia seeds

  • Pumpkin seeds

  • Freeze-dried raspberries (optional)

​Place all your main ingredients in your smoothie maker and blend for 30-60 seconds. Add more muesli or banana for a thicker texture.

Pour into a small cereal bowl and top with goodness - more banana, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds hemp hearts, fresh or freeze-dried raspberries.
