Hemp Mint Vinaigrette Dressing

Updated: Jul 11, 2022

Who loves dressings! This is a hemp dressing recipe which I just made up by experimenting (I think most of you know by now, I love experimenting!). I whipped this hemp dressing recipe together to go with a roast meal. Using a traditional mint sauce recipe, I added a few of my own flavours to add some excitement. Even better, I used my own fresh mint from the garden. Here is the recipe:-

Freshly chopped mint (about 6 or so leaves)

1/4 cup balsalmic vinegar

1/2 tsp of zero calorie sweetner or brown sugar

Salt n' pepper to taste

Mix up by hand and drizzle over your favourite salads, vegetables or roast. If you love mint then you'll love this hemp mint recipe.

Hemp seed oil and hemp hearts are so so good for you! Hemp hearts are rich in healthy fats and essential fatty acids and are also a great protein source and minerals. Full of goodness, hemp seeds (or hemp hearts) have a mild nutty flavour.

If you enjoyed this hemp recipe please feel free to share it, share your photos of your own hemp recipes or let me know if there are any particular recipes you would like to see. Watch this space as I will do a series of other hemp dressing recipes.

Happy hemp days!
