Hemp Layered Greens Smoothie

This is one of my latest experiments using our pure hemp protein and lashings of greens. The perfect morning smoothie to get you energized for the day.

Bottom Layer

30g Hemp Up Hemp Protein Smoothie Mix

Small handful of spinach

1/2 teaspoon green spirulina

1/2 avocado

2-3 mint leaves

300ml almond milk

Whiz all the above ingredients and pour into your glass.

Top Layer

20g Hemp Up Hemp Protein Smoothie Mix

1/2 banana

1/4 avocado

150ml almond milk

Whiz all the above and pour over layer one. If your smoothie mix needs thickening, add more avocado.

To decorate, I put some small "blobs" of the darker smoothie mix and dotted them around and used a toothpick through the centre of each blob to make the heart shapes, easy!
