These delicious chocolate hemp protein and hemp heart shots are the perfect appetizer and can even be a great alternative as a dessert (you can get really creative with your shot ideas!). Great entertaining idea - show off your creative skills and make these in a range of flavours and colours by using our pure hemp protein mix or raspberry hemp smoothie mix and add in other fruits, vegetables, superfood powders and more. There are endless ideas!! So here is my simple recipe for these yummy chocolate hemp protein shots.
Makes 6 medium-sized shots
Base:-
My base is my own mixture of...
1.5 cups Wholegrain oats
1/4 cup Pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup Sultanas
1/4 cup Cranberries
1/4 cup Coconut shreds
Hemp Mix:-
500ml almond milk
1 avocado
Topping:-
3 Tbsp Hemp Hearts
Pumpkin seeds
Method:-
1. Layer bottom of shot glass or cup with base mix
2. Whiz up smoothie ingredients and layer leaving a bit of room for your toppings
3. Top with hemp hearts and pumpkin seeds
